Risk Assessments – are available on confirmation of bookings and we carry out location risk assessmets prior to all performances.

General

Changing room and warm up space needed 2 hours before and 1 hour after shows with tables, mirrors, electricity supply, hot and cold running water.

Stilt Acts – require generally even surfaces.

Fire Fantasia

Requirements are:
Vehicular access.
Interlocking steel barrier cordon to front and sides of performance area min. 15m. x 25.
Secure closed rear line with central stage entrance to back of performance area.
A prep space behind stage entrance 5 x 8 metres.
Clear space over performance area min. 8 metres.
Changing area reasonably close to performance area with hot and cold running water if overnight accommodation not to be provided.
We need the performance area for our set up 4 hours prior to performance and about an hour to pack down after show.
Street lighting should be turned off for the duration of performance. If main show followed by Fire Breathing Act the prep space behind stage entrance needs to be secured until the performance is finished.

Performance time 15 minutes. One dresser and supply of ice packs required.
